1993 by the Patendis Family, Alena Foods services many chain accounts,
restaurants and gaming institutions spanning all of California and
Nevada. Unlike larger
corporate competitors, Alena Foods concentrates on
providing quality service and products with a personal touch while

Custom Oven/Smokehouse
Answering customer demand for new and exciting products, Alena Foods established our own custom
oven/smokehouse. We use natural wood varieties to develop, modify, and
customize different smokes to meet our customers’ individual tastes and
preferences. We specialize in custom cooked meats such as pulled pork
and smoked meats like tri-tip, sausage, and prime rib. All smoked
products are prepared with the same quality and safety standards that
have become inextricably linked with the Alena Foods name.
Custom Cuts and Flavors
Alena Foods offers a wide variety of USDA federally
inspected meats available in Prime, Choice, and Select aged beef. Choose
from course to lean ground meats and sliced, diced, fajita, or kabob
cuts. We can also marinate, tenderize, tumble, and skewer meats. Alena
will supply pre-made meatballs, meatloaf, and homemade
sausages as well.
